The first “C2TN Workshop on Advanced Materials” took place on November 6th, at IST Campus Tecnológico e Nuclear, Bobadela, with the presence of around 40 national and international participants. Organized by C2TN’s “Advanced Materials” thematic strand, the event brought together Professors, Researchers and Students who discussed some of the most recent advances in this area. Fourteen oral communications, seven of them invited, were held, which led to active and interesting debates, and generated new opportunities for future collaborations. This success highlights C2TN’s commitment to promoting collaboration, innovation and the sharing of advanced knowledge with the scientific community. We thank all participants and anticipate more groundbreaking events in the future.
