Laboratory for Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (Fmoc-SPPS)

This Laboratory is dedicated to the solid phase synthesis, purification (semi-preparative and analytical RP-HPLC) and characterization of biologically relevant peptides, taking advantage of a CEM-Liberty microwave-assisted automated peptide synthesizer. Moreover, some peptides are prepared by ultrasonication as well.
