X-ray Diffraction (XRD)

RX powder diffractometer for identification and quantification of different mineral phases, microstructures analysis in a variety of sample materials (naturals or synthetized).

The D2 Phaser diffractometer is equipped with a Cu Kα radiation X-ray tube (monochromatic radiation, λ = 1.5406 Å), operating at 30 kV and 10 mA.
