International Award for ClimACT Project

The Interreg Talks: 6 projects, 1 slam, created by the Interact program, brought together high-impact Interreg projects. In this challenge, at the EU Regions Week 2018, the finalist project was challenged to present itself to the public in a dynamic and interactive way. Following this concept, the ClimACT project invited 4 students from ClimACT schools in Portugal, Spain, France and Gibraltar, aged between 8 and 22 years to present the work done in ClimACT schools and explain the importance of each citizen's role in combating climate change. In this contest, the ClimACT project was awarded, bringing to Portugal the 2nd place in the competition!
